GWMWater customers can have their say at GWMWater’s Customer and Stakeholder Workshop.

The workshop will be held between 10 am and 12 pm on Friday 22 March 2024 at West Side Horsham, with an option to join online.

GWMWater Managing Director Mark Williams said the organisation was committed to engaging customers and stakeholders in order to meet their expectations now and into the future.

“The March workshop includes a presentation and engagement session on our digital initiatives,” Mr Williams said.

“The workshops are a key component of our broader engagement program. It’s an opportunity for us to share important information about our water outlook and the initiatives we are working on to ensure a secure water supply and reliable wastewater services.”

GWMWater will also be seeking input from participants about its online presence, with demonstrations of the Customer Portal and the new e-notices platform.
